2. Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Komal Salvi Makeup, its owners, and authorized representatives.

• "You", "Your" refers to the users or visitors of our website.

• "Service" refers to any makeup services, courses, or products offered through our website.

3. Services

• We provide professional makeup services, including but not limited to Bridal Makeup, Celebrity Makeup, HD Makeup, Party Makeup, and Pre-Bridal Beauty Packages.

• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change the pricing or availability of any of our services at any time, without prior notice.

4. Booking Policy

• All appointments are subject to availability. To secure a booking, a deposit may be required, which will be non-refundable.

• Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or message from us.

• Any changes to the booking (such as time, date, or location) must be communicated at least 3 days before the appointment. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

• In the event that we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is required as per the agreed terms at the time of booking. This may include a deposit and full payment upon service delivery.

• For makeup courses, full payment must be made prior to the start of the course unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

8. Liability

• We take every measure to ensure a high standard of service. However, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or issues resulting from makeup products, unless explicitly mentioned by the client before the service.

• You are responsible for informing us of any allergies or sensitivities to makeup products prior to the service.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by Komal Salvi Makeup and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any material is prohibited.

10. Privacy Policy

11. Courses and Training

• All makeup courses offered by Shrungaar Makeup Academy are subject to the terms outlined in the course agreements.

• Certificates of completion will only be awarded to students who meet the course requirements.

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website and services, you agree to the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

14. Bridal Makeup Terms

• Trial Sessions: Bridal makeup trials are available upon request and may be charged separately or as per the active offers. The outcome of the trial does not guarantee the final look on the wedding day, as minor adjustments may be made based on factors such as lighting and the client's preferences on the day.

• Booking & Deposit: To secure bridal makeup services for your wedding day, a non-refundable deposit of [50 % of the service fees] is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance. Without a deposit, your booking is not confirmed.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance for bridal makeup services is to be paid no later than 1 day before the wedding date. Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of the booking.

• Bridal Makeup Package Inclusions: Bridal makeup packages include [mention what is covered, such as hair styling, touch-up kit, accessories, etc.]. Any additional services not mentioned in the package will be charged separately.

• Travel & Accommodation: If the wedding location is outside of Mumbai/Thane, travel and accommodation costs for the makeup artist and assistants, if required, will be the client’s responsibility. These costs will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.

• Touch-Up Services: Bridal makeup services typically include one look for the wedding day. If additional touch-up services are required throughout the day or for multiple events (e.g., ceremony, reception), these will be charged as per the agreed terms at the time of booking.

• Delays & Timeliness: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the bridal party is on time for the appointment. Any delays caused by the client may result in reduced time for services or may require additional charges to accommodate the time extension.

• Cancellations/Rescheduling for Bridal Services: Cancellations of bridal makeup services less than 30 days prior to the wedding date will result in the full payment being charged. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

15. Photography and Media Consent

• By booking our services, you agree that Komal Salvi Makeup may take photos and videos of the makeup application process and final looks for promotional purposes.

• These images and videos may be used on our website, social media platforms, or in print advertisements, without further compensation.

• If you do not wish for your photos or videos to be shared, you must notify us in writing prior to the appointment.

• We respect your privacy and will not use any identifying personal information, such as full names or personal details, alongside these images without your explicit consent.
