Service Delivery Policy
At Komal Salvi Makeup, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional makeup services directly to our clients at the venue of their choice. This policy outlines how we handle the scheduling and delivery of our professional makeup services.

1. Service Delivery Area

Local Service Areas: Our makeup services are available in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and surrounding regions. We primarily cater to these areas, including Dombivli and Kalyan

Outstation Services: For bookings outside these areas, travel and accommodation charges may apply, subject to availability and prior agreement.

2. Appointment Confirmation and Delivery

After you book a makeup service, you will receive a confirmation email or message with the details of your appointment, including the date, time, and location.

On the day of the service, our makeup artist(s) will arrive at the agreed location at least 15-30 minutes prior to the scheduled time to ensure proper setup and timely service.

3. On-Site Travel Fees

Within Mumbai & Thane: There are no additional travel fees for services within these areas, provided the location is easily accessible.

For Locations Outside Local Areas: Additional travel charges may apply depending on the distance and accessibility of the service location. Any extra costs will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.

Accommodation Costs: If the service location requires an overnight stay or is significantly far from our base, accommodation arrangements or costs may be required. This will be discussed during booking.

4. Preparation for Service

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that a suitable space is provided for the makeup artist to perform the services, including adequate lighting and space for setting up makeup tools and products.

The client should be available and ready for the service at the scheduled time to avoid delays.

5. Punctuality and Delays
-
Our makeup artists will make every effort to arrive on time for the appointment. In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or other issues, we will notify you immediately and adjust our arrival time as needed.

If the client is late for the appointment, the service will end after the buffer of 1 hour of scheduled time to respect any subsequent bookings. No refunds or discounts will be provided for time lost due to client delays.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

7. Service Completion

Upon completion of the service, our makeup artist will ensure you are satisfied with the final look before packing up their kit and departing.

In the case of bridal services or large group bookings, we will stay until the makeup and hairstyling for all individuals are completed as per the contract agreement.
