Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Komal Salvi Makeup, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure your complete satisfaction. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To accommodate these situations, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Cancellation Policy

• For Regular Bookings (Party Makeup, HD Makeup, etc.):

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the appointment date will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before the appointment date will incur a 50% charge of the total amount.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment date will not be eligible for a refund.

• For Bridal Bookings and Packages:

  • Due to the high demand for bridal services, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 1-29 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund of the booking fee.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling requests made 7 days or more before the appointment will be accommodated without any additional fees, subject to availability.

• For requests made within 7 days of the appointment, a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total booking amount will apply.

• Rescheduling for bridal services must be done at least 14 days in advance to avoid a rescheduling fee. Requests made within 14 days will incur a 30% fee, depending on availability.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds for Cancelled Bookings:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

• Non-Refundable Deposits:

  • For bridal bookings, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, your booking will be treated as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable, and any remaining balance will still be due.

5. Bridal Trial Policy

• Trial Appointments: Komal Salvi Makeup offers a bridal makeup trial to get an overview of the bridal book. If you are unable to attend the scheduled trial, kindly inform us at least 48 hours before the trial date to reschedule.

• No-Show for Trial: If you fail to attend the scheduled trial without informing us in advance, you will forfeit the trial, and any rescheduled trial will be chargeable.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation or rescheduling (such as a medical emergency or natural disaster), please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate you without additional charges.
